The type of personal information we collect 
BonusPoolers does not collate or process personal identifiers and is designed that way specifically. The only information we see is website visit information and IP identifiers. BonusPoolers would see normal website usage data and purchase related information for clients but does not require, ask or collect personal details beyond client purchase data, useful internally for development of the site overall.


How we get the personal information and why we have it
The only information we hold for statutory and regulatory purposes is IP address for a purchaser by card or however they choose to identify via PayPal.

Other than as stated no data attributable to a named individual or organisation is held for any purpose.

In the event of a query concerning a BonusPoolers Final Report we may enter into correspondence with a site customer via feedback options. In that case we keep only a record of communication for the statutory required period for auditors and for refinement of the service we provide. BonusPoolers does not process any personal information identifiable to any individual. Only purchase information from the site is used to guide development and is not shared with third parties.

How we store your personal information 
BonusPoolers does not store any personal information identifiable to any individual. The only information we see is IP address for a purchaser from the site. This information can be linked to an organisation or an individual by way of card purchase linked to IP address but no identifiable personal information. BonusPoolers will only hold such information for as long as statutory requirements and audit requirements demand. Beyond that statutory requirement, records will be professionally destroyed.
